I didn’t even want to give them a star! The girl dipping ice cream was not friendly at all and the cashier guy wasn’t either. He had the other cashier come over to help dip ice cream and that girl didn’t wash her hands before handling the cones after she had been handling money and none of them were wearing gloves. I see why there was a help wanted sign in the window.
Usually pretty quick unless there's a line getting ice cream or paying for gas. Have to get a hot fudge sundae here periodically, but usually just buy gas here. They are competitive with gas stations in the area.
Long story short, I went to your store at 3388 Indianola Ave in Columbus OH I went to buy a bag of cat food. The pricing underneath the bag of Purina Cat Chow said "" $3.29 "" -- and a bag was CLEARLY sitting on the shelf with that price underneath it. So she should have sold it to me for that amount, since YOUR store was wrong.....but I digress One clerk told me the regular price was $6.79.....and I had $6,80 on me. As she was ringing me up, she said it was actually $7.88 ( because of tax ) I was LIVID. I took my money back... read more
I have never been to this store as I live in Columbus but was somehow charged $42 on my card.In a word I would describe it as fraud... Enough said

Great service and they have a nice area to sit down and enjoy your delicious fresh ice crem.
Great ice cream. High gas prices! They also have good deals on Sunday newspapers.
Friendly and fast service Excellent specials.
