The ice cream is always delicious! I was especially happy with the Customer Service that involved a Pete Rose memorabilia cup.
I don't know why Cincinnati doesn't make this their flagship ice cream instead of Graeter's. I was more impressed by the flavors and overall quality here, it's very underrated. The process of buying ice cream might take a while, but it's worth it. Just be careful if you need to use the facilities. The water closet at this location is tight and the air dryer is located right above the toilet paper dispenser.
I'm kinda pissed that the map just sent me to a UDF with no parking and no gas. The shit just cost me 30 minutes for nothing.
