Worst location ever. They always have a bad attitude and never want to do dipside. They make an excuse every evening I go in but I can go to any location and never have an issue. I paid for the 2 dip cone and the lady named Dress was rude and wouldn’t even give me a cone that I paid for. I rather go to the new wa wa now.

I remember this store used to have a very good profit margin with its employees. Now, at night, it smells like marijuana. Inside the store, people outside are smoking weed, and I can't believe how these kinds of people, giving the store this kind of image, are serving customers. And the police never come around here, even though they're right across the street. They only catch speeding cars, but they don't come to punish these vandals.

Cashier are talking and laughing and there was line of customers waiting but this lazy cashier are busy in their own business means talking and laughing. When I show my loyalty UDF card he said I already scanned it. I don’t think I will go again in this UDF.

Your assistant manager Megan, was on her phone while scooping my ice cream and then placed her phone on the inside of dip side very bad and disgusting.
