Great customer service, and they helped me
Waited 15 minutes for someone to figure out why their system isn’t pulling the deals advertised. I was told “there’s nothing we can do about it”. The cashier verified this deal was active today 01/08/2025 and has worked for previous transactions that day. I asked him what are they going to do about the false advertising and the response was “nothing can be done about it” . It is not the employees fault, but the manager who directed their response. Sad! I basically come here everyday.
One of the ladies there is rude. No communication skills and act like it was going to kill her to be kind and at least speak up. Lazy, was out of breath trying to get a milkshake and rolled her eyes at me. Put my stuff down at open register. She stood at other register with sign saying next register, couldn't tell me I was putting all my stuff I had just grabbed at the wrong register.
