Madison Rd, Cincinatti/Mason Ohio location - Both attendants and the manager, Amanda, refused to let my 7 year old Autistic daughter use the restroom. We live 2 hours away and made an emergency stop off the interstate for that reason. She isn’t able to hold it long, like most kids. I begged them. They didn’t even flinch in turning her away, stating a security issue. I will never spend another dime there. Side note- nowhere on their website does it warn tourists that public restrooms are not available.
