I’ve have been going to this UDF for 18 years until recently. They now have the rudest, most obnoxious employee I ever saw. This Jeremy has the worst attitude and acts like a bully. I have even noticed the other employees act like they are scared of him or something. He acts like serving customers is a personal insult. I spoke to several neighbors and they too have experienced his rudeness.
Let me tell you about the absolute disgrace I just experienced at UDF today, 01/14/2025, at 8:20 PM. I ordered a milkshake—THICK, because that’s literally an option you offer. Instead, I was overcharged for what turned out to be a complete scam. UDF’s new definition of “thick” apparently means runny enough to pour like tap water. If I wanted to waste money on flavored milk, I’d have stayed home and made it myself.
