Wade really went above and beyond helping me to add another 2.5 acres to my existing lot. I had been keeping my eye on the neighboring parcel and right as I was about to pull the trigger it was put under contract. Wade contacted the agent handling the buyer and found out that the buyers were just looking to flip the property after making some improvements. Jackie is a wonderful realtor with whom to work with selling a property. Available when you need her, and quick to respond to messages and texts. Pays attention to details of the contracts to make sure nothing important gets overlooked… And always has a pleasant smile and temperament, helping things stay calm when they get stressful.
