Just bought a house in Glacier View Meadows listed by an agent here (Shilo Jossart). WORST EXPERIENCE EVER in all my years of buying homes. She and the sellers totally misrepresented the home (blank property disclosure as they were hiding many issues we later found), was very difficult to contact, and did nothing to guide her sellers on a smooth closing/transition (didn't show for closing, didn't complete walk through, left the house trashed contrary to promise to have it cleaned). We have been working with Ponderosa almost 20 years! I'm always impressed with their vast knowledge of the land, their willingness to work for the benefit of the client. Most incredible, is that they serve as a continuous resource well after the transaction. Working with Ponderosa is like having a family
