Executive Director is uninvolved when urgent matters need attending to. Several amazing staff leaving developmental services due to new directors dictator approach. State has been notified regarding this but remains uninvolved. Numerous clients affected yet those in authority don't care. Staff have been told to write letters to the state about the terrible "leader" in DS but the Executive Director threatens staff with termination if she finds out. If at all possible, do not use UCS as a support for your special needs.
