I am so sick of this company! You all are like a parasite that sucks the life out of families. There is no way we should be paying a bill over $400 a least 9 months out of the year. This month $660, I have even had one for over $700. This is ridiculous 🤬Â
Horrible company. Did bare minum regarding the last 3 winters and making it more bearable for the customers. Doubling and trippling prices for many. Only during winter though. They will point to legal this or that but they also won't do nothing to push it in favor of their customers. Â
Workers are ok. Company is a piece...just like all other big corporations in America they don't care. Just installed their new meter. They say it's to better regulate power things. But Really (all over the internet) the big upgrade is they can now cut your power off from their main office. This is dystopia as heck. After two record winters of Texas electric companies doing absolutely nothing to better winterize themselves. People have died in Texas the last few years (in houses) because of the cold and electric companies ... read more
