My homeowners insurance is giving me grief and telling me my roof needs to be replaced. I wanted a second opinion and asked Juan Serna from United Roofing to come out to inspect my roof. He performed a very thorough inspection. (Result: The roof is still OK, no need to replace it). More importantly, Juan put together a report for my insurance with lots of detailed pictures, and the perfect "insurance-proof" wording. Very happy with his services!
Andres Diaz and his team did an excellent job with our roof replacement. They were professional, fast, and maintained a clean job-site. They also cleaned our gutters which we appreciated very much. Natalia Skoblenko was extremely helpful guiding us through the entire process from start to finish. She was very professional and truly a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend United Contractors Roofing.
My roof was very old and needed to be replaced in its entirety due to leaks. Kristofer and the crew provided amazing service. Very honest and professional. Straightforward and transparent pricing. The staff completed the job efficiently. There was also follow up. Would definitely recommend.
I wish I could leave two separate reviews. 1 for the actual roof contractors and 1 for the business side of things. The contractors would receive 5 stars. They were there bright and early. They got right to work. They were finished later in the afternoon. They cleaned up their mess and they left. The business side would receive 1 star. This project was paid for by my insurance company.
