Please don't use this company. The only time they are "professional" and responsive is whenever they are trying to get you to sign the contract and get paid. As soon as you sign Felipe is constantly calling and texting you everyday to get the check that the insurance company sends. Once they get it they give you an estimate of when they will start on your roof. After that, months go by and nothing. No communication.
