I called United Construction on June 9, 2022 to get a leak on my roof repaired. The guy I spoke with on the phone insisted on coming out, throwing a tarp on the roof and get me a quote for a new roof. When I explained to him that I do not need a new roof (my roof is only 14 years old; I have another 5+ years) and only need him to seal the area around a vent pipe, he seemed to lose interest. I've been waiting 5 months to get 1 window replaced that cracked over the winter. It is extremely difficult to get a hold of Ray, and when you do, he won't show up when he says he will. I'll be replacing the window myself at this point, hope I don't mess it up. Highly recommend using another company - pay a little more, it's well worth it. Stay away from UCR.
Nightmare from the beginning, and some of the worst quality work I've ever seen.
Most awful experience of our lives. A 4 week job took 6 months. Everything went wrong. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
