Our experience working with Brandon, as well as the roofers had been exemplary. However, the lack of response to my inquiries, and the collective silence from everyone associated with the company regarding the attainment of the warranty gave me pause. Well I truly wish I read these reviews before going with solar with United. I live on Grove Aevnue in Dundalk MD. Im in the same boat as these other reviews and solar has been installed on my roof, but they are not working properly. @ men came out and were up on my roof (nobody told me they were coming and nobody told me the solar panels were not reading) and told me my solar panels were not reading. I, John Myers @ 3019 Ritchie Ave. in Sparrows Point, Maryland 21219 hired this contractor to furnish and Install Solar Panels on my home during the summer of 2025. My wife and I were told that the whole process would be completed within a couple of months and definitely before 2026. We were also told that the solar panels would be up and working before our first payment would be due in December of 2025. Seven months later we are still waiting for the job to be completed.
