I had a solar panel project completed by United Construction & Restoration and they are very unresponsive. My project by finished Oct of 2024 and they never sent my certificate of completion so that I can receive SREC payment benefits. How do you have a company who doesn't answer the phone, return voicemail messages or emails. 6 months without a response is unreliable and unprofessional.
Very great experience with this company for my home in Florida. They replaced my roof after hurricane Ian. I was super thankful that they came to my area and were able to help. After the hurricane, it was hard to find a contractor that would be trustworthy, and I lucked out with United. I have to admit, I was skeptical because of their main office being in another state, but they ended up being legit. Gotta be the best there is around because I couldn’t imagine being more satisfied responsive with any query about the process replaced my roof in one day with carlos and his crew performing impeccable work. They cleaned up from the install and probably more my yard looks better then when they got here somehow anything they had to move like a trash can or open a gate they even took the time to put all the extra stuff back where it was DO NOT GET YOUR DONE BY ANY ONE BUT THIS COMPANY you will not find a better deal! Shingles are not installed properly, when I asked for fixation, they are saying new shingles are built that way where U cant clear the bumps at the bottom line of roof. That doesn't make sense to me also beware of the scams, their Agent promised me to give discount of $1000 for advertising their business. When he came to asked for payment, he said he will process the discount after getting approval from the higher office and send me cheque but its been more than a month they didn’t send my cheque.
