I had roof damage after a storm and UCANDR did a great job with working with my insurance company to replace my roof. Fast forward 4-5 years later, I have a leak in my roof and water was pouring into my garage. The owner, John, answered my calls and sent some of his guys over to rectify the issue. After a few storms, I havent noticed anymore leaking.
UC&R installed our roof in 2022 They did the whole roof after two years a storm came and blow off some shingles from the roof… I kept calling them and leaving messages many times for them to call back. No response at all. Their phone system is not efficient. They need to be responsive to their cistomers

Our experience working with Brandon, as well as the roofers were exemplary. However, the lack of response to my inquiries, and the collective silence from everyone associated with the company regarding the attainment of the warranty gave me pause. ** Updating Review, April 2026 ** Since this roof replacement happened three years ago, it is still leaking near the skylight and well past their one- (or two-year) guarantee. Updating the review to reflect that a new roof should not be leaking a few years later. The leaking did occur within their guarantee and they sent someone to fix it and repaint the damaged area.
