They played games for 5 months with my wife's dental and slapped us with a bill after 5 months of back and forth. They don't care about dependents to service members. If you can avoid this shady company please do
This has to be the worst dental insurance we have ever seen in our years treating patients. I would stay as far as possible as you can away from this company, who refuses to pay for services rendered on patients who have this insurance. Which will then leave the customer having a bill for items that they thought were covered by the insurance. This company are absolutely crooks and when asked to speak with the Doctor who denied the claim, he was very rude and hung up the phone on us. Customer service is horrible and will keep... read more
