Glitchy app, difficult to communicate with customer service and they charged my daughter $150 for missing an appointment because of their substandard app. My company pays for us to have this and I've used it a couple times. It's ok but there are better alternatives where they aren't abusing people financially. This is the worst service I have ever used. Completely unorganized. No one knows what is going on. Ive had to call over ten times for one visit. I would rather cut my finger off than deal with them again
My company keeps encouraging us to use this service and the first time I used it was an exceptional disappointment. I'm a nurse. I have had upper respiratory symptoms for a week and I've tested for covid and it was negative. I started coughing up green sputum so I called this place for an antibiotic and they refuse to give it to me. These providers are outstanding! The care is unmatched. I am able to speak with a provider as well as receive treatment and my prescriptions within an hour! I love UCM and I truly use it as my provider of choice. So lucky to have them as an option for care. I recommend them to everyone!
UCM provides outstanding service. Their clinicians are patient, kind and very compassionate. I have used them on several occasions and have never had a bad experience. They are exceptional at what they do. I appreciate that they always follow up a few days later to see how I am progressing. Their service is amazing. Highly recommend!!
