Maintenance is great but everything else is not. I will never use them again!
This place is not military friendly. They aren't even real military housing but are trying to profit off the housing on base. I would advise going elsewhere or at least don't lock yourself into a lease. If you decide to go privatized housing do so somewhere else. Good luck if you're spouse leaves you. They will not let you out of the lease until you are divorced completely.
United communities has poor survice. When you do a work order it takes Weeks before they come by to fix the problem. Also they went cheap when they built these houses everything is falling apart already what a shame.
