I am mindful of any organization who fires physicians due to informing the public about the differences in the medical training between an NP and a Physician. Patients and the public deserve the right to know that there is a difference. A clinic that disregards a physician's 12 years' contribution and disregards the crucial role that he played for all the patients whom he served by firing him, has just self revealed the value that it gives towards patient care.
I worked here as a Pediatrician for 12 years.They fired me suddenly one day, giving me an unceremonious "bum's rush" out of the building, This occured because I had written a polite , carefully worded article about the difference between physicians and NP's.
Fired a doctor for writing a fair article on how NP school isn't anything like going to med school.
