My credit union is out of town this one is a local shared branch I’m able to do my banking through. Was gonna open account but after dealing with them I’m not. They are cold. I get the feeling they just tolerate me. An a lot of the times I’ll give my account number a name of credit union a they seem to get wrong one all the time. I say Erie federal credit union a they got something in Ohio smh which mine was here but I like them an even being 2 1/2 hrs away i prefer them over anyone else. I'm not sure why people are rating this bank anything less than 5 stars. The girls here are personable, attentive, thorough and fun. Best credit union I've ever had.

This is the absolute worst bank I have ever used in my life. The customer service is absolutely horrible. My account had went into the negative out of nowhere one day and the bank claims that they had nothing to do with it and it’s from another transaction place and the transaction place that I had called had claimed that the money was already taken out which it was.
