Worst customer service I have ever experienced. This is a dishonest credit union. The absolute worst experience. They hang up after you’ve been on hold for hours at a time. I’ve been hung up on after multiple callback attempts. After several attempts to speak with a CSR for two weeks they’ve all been unsuccessful. I am closing my account immediately and taking my funds elsewhere. I suggest you all do the same!
I was a 20 year costumer from this credit union, but lately their rates for equity and car loans when up by too much, last summer they charge me for a debit card transaction. For a payment to chase bank for 15 dls, those transaction are not possible to do,at the end they charge for overdraft protection, late fees and all that staff and report it to my credit bureau,at the end I have to pay them and I am glad I will never use their services again,Texas bay CU is much better. You guys don’t appreciate your loyal costumers
