I’ve been a customer for almost 30 years. Everything has gone down hill fast. Terrible customer service and rude staff. Use a different bank.
I have had an account with United Community Bank for 16 years. I have a home in North Carolina and Grayson Georgia. While visiting North Carolina I had a conversation with the branch manager and Blowing Rock North Carolina to discuss loan options and make the best choice for my needs. I visited with the branch manager his name was Joe to discuss these options and for some reason Joe filed SAR against me without an explanation or a reason for why he did that. Found the Bank I dreamed of. Forming a Community is the heart and soul of everyone from the kind warm and cheerful manager to every single employee. Helpful and with a smile is what they do. This sure beats any and all of the big corporate nationwide banks that put up roadblocks with I-don’t-care-about-you attitudes. This bank takes a genuine interest in people and serving their customers. I highly recommend them.
Update: No one answers the phone, rude bank teller service.. overall I’m just disappointed. I don’t recommend opening an account here at this location!
