Wonderful vibe in the bank and opening my accounts was made easy by Christy. Overall fantastic experience.
We made an appointment with the manager to see what the bank offered for seniors. It was difficult to get her attention. She was answering texts/emails the entire time we were there. Although she kept talking about personal attention the bank offered, we didn't receive any. And it seemed as if she double booked our appointment time because other people would arrive and we were hurried out so they could get in. We won't be going back
The representative/teller was very friendly & professional
Very bad experience that I had today at United community Bank in Boiling Springs. I’ve been taking an annuity check there every year since 2017 and I’ve never had them to put a hold on it or any way block me from getting the money I need it part of the money went in my savings part of it went into checking and part of it was gonna be back to me as cash.
