My experience is solely with the loan/mortgage process. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I haven't been able to get into my bank accounts with money in them I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone who isn't asking me 21 questions and it them all wrong whatever happens to just putting your card number in?!
Changing banks after fifteen years was not an easy decision. In comparing my options, UCB rose to the top. Nicole was a true gem in opening my new account and gave some very helpful advice about keeping my debit card safe. It’s a good feeling knowing I’ll have a friendly and helpful new bank at UCB.
All the tellers and internal office Personnel are fantastic and great to deal with.
