My experience is solely with the loan/mortgage process. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. As the seller, communication from Jason was a consistent issue — responses were slow and often required multiple follow-ups, primarily from our realtor. Throughout the process, it frequently felt like little progress was being made unless our realtor reached out, and there were long stretches with no updates or visible work being done on the buyer’s loan. I haven't been able to get into my bank accounts with money in them I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone who isn't asking me 21 questions and it them all wrong whatever happens to just putting your card number in?!
