I have been working with UCBI for over 12 years. I have multiple accounts with them. I have always been very impressed with their customer service. I recently moved to Hendersonville, NC and had to get set up at a new branch. Landon Anders at the Hendersonville location was fantastic! She went above and beyond for me and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. After our first interaction she even took the time to send me a hand written Thank You note!
