I walked in and was able to meet the branch manager Ginger. She took time to answer all my questions, and made me feel appreciated and welcomed. Additionally, banker Althea was very helpful with a complicated account, and she followed up on all my questions. I had a similar experience with a different branch. I'm very happy I found UCBI... a completely different approach than the big banks. As opposed to the big banks, it's nice to be treated like a valued customer!
