Love this bank and the people that work there. They are always very helpful.
My experience with this bank has been beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. What should be a simple, trustworthy relationship instead feels confusing, misleading, and one-sided. The way they handle transactions is a serious problem. Charges sit as “pending” for days, making it look like you have money available when you don’t.
