Staff was very friendly and helpful.
It was great. I have a disability due to a brain injury and Tom treated me as a man but also took the extra steps to know I understood everything. He accessed my cognitive skills and did what was necessary to to make sure all things were correct. Caring for a person is not a requirement but he was a true financial advisor and he did take care of me in every aspect. I was comfortable with him and love doing business with the folks! The experience was the best ! I love finishing business with a handshake.
