We’ve given this bank more than enough chances to be better but we are leaving. After not completing an address change we requested in person three times, we finally found someone who actually completed that task. Too late though because our new debit cards were sent to our old address. Because of this, we had new cards printed at the bank only to have those cards attached to our daughter’s account, not our own. She’s not associated with our account, nor we with hers.
