Recently moved into my unit. While standing outside trying to change to code to the garage door Paul from maintenance was driving by in his UC van. Without hesitating he pulled over and offered to help with the process. I mentioned another issue inside of the home and after resetting the garage code he offered to come take a look at the other issue.
