I received a collection notice of $737.50 with my address but another person's name. I contacted the number in the notice and the girl said she'll make note of incorrect address. I asked for her name for my record and she started they collect for several companies and wouldn't give her name. The entire situation appears fishy.
Stop hurting the grieving
Scam company. Tried to say I was in road traffic accident. Think I would have remembered that! Wanted to collect over 90 bucks.
I may actually owe this bill, though I have no evidence to affirm or dispute. I'll pay the balance, but apparently, I'll have to send a check via snail mail rather than pay by credit card online. I have no voice box, thanks to cancer, so a phone call isn't possible. How antiquated is your system? Thanks a lot for reminding me of my disability.
