I keep receiving calls where they instantly end it and just send a voicemail, Talking about debt. Like I'ma kid still and have never given out card info I haven't made a single purchase yet so ts 100% be and the fbi needs to crack down on them.
They are not only rude but thieves. They said I owed the Indiana Department of Revenue due to error on taxes. I completed the correct forms delivered to state and they fixed. The credit agency has had one bank account on hold since August 14th. I went Tuesday to state house to get paperwork to send myself showing I didn’t owe money and the credit agency put $2400 and froze second bank account a day after receiving paperwork from state to release my funds. This place sucks. Company left vm for me to inform me of a debt that I didn't know was outstanding from a medical bill. Called back to inquire about what the outstanding debt was from and the woman on the phone was rude from start to finish. After I got off the phone with them, I got in contact with Henry Ford and they are giving me a completely different balance owed than this place.
