Tried this out since I had a long layover in Chicago and was pleased at how much more comfortable it was here instead of in the terminal. The buffet and drink options were great, I do like my snacks and th were was plenty of food. Would definitely recommend if you have a long wait and don't like waiting in the airport proper. I paid for my entrance since I'm not a member, it was a but pricey for me, but I could see myself becoming one if I flew more often!
Had an important conference call during a layover and was relying on being able to use this lounge but they don’t honor United Explorer one-time passes. Nothing about this was mentioned on the display at terminal G where we came from which directed us to the terminal C lounge, so we walked a long way for nothing. Super disappointing and unprofessional.
Arrived on a red eye to wait for my next flight and it is not permitted to lay down in the lounge. You have to be sitting at all times. Absolutely ridiculous, ALL the other lounges let you get comfortable while you wait for your flight.
Wouldn’t let me in because I was too early (3 hours max), then wouldn’t let me in because during that time they stopped accepting 1 time passes
