Absolutely terrible!!!!
Well pay for the credit card to get one time passes that im never allowed to use!! Always denying entry for one time club pass members. Bait and switch tactic to get people to get a credit card. Now when I should be enjoying food and cocktails im spending $7 for a water and $15 for a breakfast sandwich in the terminal. What a waste to get me to fly on a dingy united flight.
Is small so don’t go running in. It’s clean and works well. The food is plenty for all individuals as well as can accommodate different diets such as vegetarian beverages are plentiful spacious will live far better than the old dungeon. It’s clean. The staff looks pleasant.
Terrible service from united staff
Was just denied entry even though I purchased a Club Pass for $59. United Agent said this is only for Annual Club Members not United Card Members whom have bought a Club Pass. Would not allow us to enter. They refuse to refund the $59 It’s a scam. Avoid at all costs!
