I like this place for a quick bite in the morning or for lunch. It really is grab and go.
What a great concept - a grab and go club. They have drinks, food, coffee and other items if you’re short on time. There are seats to relax in as well should you want to eat your quick snack in the Club Fly.
My United Club card wasn’t connected to my boarding pass, so the automatic gate didn’t work. I asked a staff member for help and showed my active Club pass, credit card, ID, and boarding pass. She said there was nothing she could do, directed me to walk across the terminal to another gate, and then walked away while I was still asking why it wasn’t working. I’d recommend having at least one staff member at the entrance who’s properly trained to handle this.
Much more of a club diner instead of a lounge. We visited this during a layover as the larger Club in concourse B was closed. Great options for coffees and snacks to grab, as well as seating if you want it. Unsure if they usually have water bottles, but that would have been nice to have in the coolers. We did go by around 7pm-ish so may have missed the water refill during a crowd rush.
