Did not experience hospitality on any level. To list a few: There were knats at the coffee station, not one of the staff smiled or warmly engaged when I spoke with them. Some did not even respond. Quite a sad and disappointing environment.

Last three times I’ve been to this club either been closing or not allowing one time passes. The entire reason I sign up for the united card is to use the club pass once a year. The attendant at the gate is also always very rude about it and ask us if we can read the signs they have posted or not. United airline clubs are going down the drain

I wanted to shout out chef Adam! When I arrived, the only vegan option displayed was corn and carrots (which are yummy, but not filling). I asked if there were additional options and chef Adam made me some vegan chorizo. It was so kind and so appreciated before a long flight! He made my traveling experience so much better and made my lounge experience enjoyable.

One of the larger Clubs I’ve been to that was also conveniently 5 mins from my gate, and I used my Explorer Card one time passes to enter. the front counter staff were courteous and friendly, and the general ambiance was great, food was good and the club offers a great view of the airport and the NYC skyline). My only issues are with some of the seating needing repairs (cracked leather) and also maybe a few more drink options on the coke freestyle machines, but I enjoyed my time here.
