The food was inedible. The bar charges for everything except the most basic items. I give it 2 stars because it is quiet and clean.
Huge sign outside saying they do not accept onetime passes. I have the united card and had the complementary one time passes, in addition, i had purchased extra passes. the older lady at the counter is a little rude and impatient explaining things, This not common with other airport lounges as buying a one time pass is how i decide if im going to commit to either the credit card or membership. What is the point of having passes if you cannot accept them?
Subpar I don't think it's worth paying $59 just to enter but since I have 2 free pass from having United credit card, then it's fine. We got there during breakfast where they serve eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruits, oatmeal juice, coffee other than that. There's nothing special as I've said. It's now worth it paying $59 for it.
