Smaller version but the same great customer service as always!
All reviews about not being able to use your united passes unless you are flying united that day are true. We were turned away from using our yearly pass, which is about to expire. Very rude staff. The older white woman is unbearable. She’s guarding this mediocre lounge like the military!
