Wow, what a disappointment of a lounge. I’ve had better food at hospitals. First class ticket to fly, was excited about coming in here. I should’ve just went to the centerion lounge. Blandest food ever, sad coffee.
Don’t get the united explorer card its waste of your time , these people never let you in with the lounge passes, denied entry with the lounge passes 3 times this year
I spend a lot of time in airports and have never seen a lounge this busy. It took 5 minutes for us to find two seats - not beside each other. There was limited food and the crowd kept coming in. We had tried another lounge in Terminal C before this and it was as busy. If you are short on time, best to get Starbucks and just wait at the gate.
Hot food is was pretty good
