Staff is generally unfriendly. As a 1k, it’s really frustrating
Nice 2-story club. Bar is small and highly trafficked. New remodel is nice. Terminal A isn't so bad anymore.
I visited the United Club lounge at Denver International Airport (Concourse A, near Gate A25). When I arrived, my business class ticket was scanned by a staff member named Jose P., who informed me that I was not eligible for this lounge and that I needed to go elsewhere. I politely asked if he could direct me to the correct lounge, as airport staff are typically familiar with the layout of nearby lounges.
