Nice 2-story club. Bar is small and highly trafficked. New remodel is nice. Terminal A isn't so bad anymore.

I visited the United Club lounge at Denver International Airport (Concourse A, near Gate A25). When I arrived, my business class ticket was scanned by a staff member named Jose P., who informed me that I was not eligible for this lounge and that I needed to go elsewhere. I politely asked if he could direct me to the correct lounge, as airport staff are typically familiar with the layout of nearby lounges. Chase United Club card doubled the lounge fee AND removed the perk of being able to bring in a guest for free. Now wives and family are left standing outside. Not cool.

Sanırım Jeppesen terminalde 2 adet United Club Lounge yer almakta. A kapıları tarafında olan Lounge uçuş öncesi güzel bir ortam sunuyor ancak 24. kapıya gelene kadar tek bir yönlendirme görmemiştik. Belki ikinci bir yorum olarak, burayı United yolcularının yanısıra Air Canada, Copa, Lufthansa ve Turkish Airlines gibi diğer Star ittifakı yolcuları da kullandığı için, peak saatlerde kapasite yeterli gelmeyebiliyor ancak 2 Kat servis alanı ile biraz beklemeyle çözümlenemeyecek birşey değil. Personel nazik ve güleryüzlü.
