Spotlessly clean exceptionally friendly staff good food and a great place to relax before a flight.
Brand new, clean, with very helpful and friendly employees! Updated: still nice, although there are no restrooms inside this Club. Updated again: With multiple United flights leaving at close to the same time, this Club is far too small. Updated for a 3rd time: The food offered here is TERRIBLE. Cheapest of the cheap, and just awful in quality and taste.
This place thinks it’s more important than it really is. I don’t understand how having a ticket isn’t enough. You have to also have a membership which cost 750 a year and by the way if your military it’s still not free, it’s still $30 per person which at that point just go to a restaurant don’t pay $30 for refried eggs and stale pineapple. The lady at the desk was nice enough, but we wasted a lot of time waiting for them to open just to figure out this.
