I see mixed reviews about this place, but my experience was five stars. My wife and I were in here four hours on a Sunday due to flight delays. There was plenty of space to sit, the bartenders were nice, and the buffet food was good/as expected for a free buffet. I didn’t see any kids running around either. This made our delayed flight much more tolerable.
Cold food, illy coffee machine has been broken for months.
Not sure how to get on, the lady at kiosk wouldn't help me create a membership.
Our first time at this United lounge - and though it is clean and new - it’s disappointing that they close at 9pm when there are many flights that do not leave until after 10:30pm - we decided to try it because when we arrived at 7:30pm from Santa Fe en route to SFO we were told we now had a 4 hour layover instead of 2 hours - but no one mentioned that the club closed at 9pm when we checked in.
