Food isn’t good, Serbia is ok. Difficult getting in so instead of spending an hour, spent maybe 30 minutes.
Club is nice thus more than 1 star but the two workers at the front door this morning were upset that I dared to interrupt their conversation in order to check in with my family. Then when I suggested I was trying to be quick for others behind me, their response was "there is no one behind you." Rude people.
I've been in here so many times and had a great time. Except this time. Just go to the other bar if you see the lady with glasses. Made the vibe so uncomfortable. If im paying $100 bucks to get in maybe a bartender that seems just a bit more welcoming. What do I know, ive only done this for 20+ years. And I can still find reasons to smile

I had a layover on Jan 19th. I am new to this lounge, and thought that I could use my Sapphire Reserve card to enter. Nebyat greeted me with a scowl and looked at me like I was from another planet. I asked what a one time pass was and how it worked - this was obviously an inconvenience to her. I then asked for the manager, so I could ask a question.
