The front desk is horrible. They are rude and disrespectful and have an extremely condescending tone! I was sent away because came at the counter to access the lounge 3 hours and 3 mins before my flight and not the 3 hour mark exact. Horrible customer service and lack of basic decency to talk. United Club Cleveland is great, especially Ms Cheryl! She is so full of joy and a pleasure to see each time we stop in. I do wish the club opened earlier, as we are early travelers. Other than that, staff is kind, food is decent, bathrooms are clean and the club is not overly crowded. Check out the United Club in your next departure from Cleveland!
