Airport is bumping every Monday 4-5am. Opening at 5 limits my use. Always a horde of customers waiting before you open. Otherwise decent club, good amount of seating that is in good shape.
Without a doubt, one of my favorite lounges in the country. One of the best United Clubs in the old school style. Reminder of when CLE was a United hub. If United put a bit more money into keeping it on top of its game, would be one of smaller airports club jewels. Diamond in the rough level. But, alas, it isn't a focus so they don't put in much money. (Food is minimal , bar offerings are minimal) In fact, me and my regulars ought to be glad they keep it open. Usually great but worker walking around blaring his music as he works without headphones. I can not hear my audio book when he walks by. Decent spread of food and beverages and they have gelato!
First time here but very similar to Continetal’s old President’s Club lounges, similar to those at IAH. Spacious and lots of seating options. The decor is dated but still relatively well up kept and comfortable. Visited right before Christmas with the large Tree right at the entrance.
Average at best experience inside. Poor food selection, though staff was pleasant. However, it effectively is shut down at 7:30pm despite numerous flights departing well after. Total rip-off for the cost and poor experience when trying to relax while United already delayed our flight by 5+ hours with no compensation.
