Lydia Phipps has been an excellent Nurse practitioner for me and my son Dylan. Always takes good care of us.
Asked several times about if everything was covered on my insurance. I stressed that I couldn’t afford a huge bill. They reassured me everything was covered. I just got some tests because I was sick. They gave me a negative result and I went home. So they decide later, without permission, to send it off to a lab for experimental exploration. I got a bill for over a thousand dollars for some twenty dollar tests they decided to send off. This place is a scam if you have private insurance. Would rate 0 stars if I could.
