Huge hack for many of their customers. This is ridiculous. These customers monies should be protected. The fact that y’all aren’t immediately reimbursing, pending investigation and that you are making their access to getting a new debit card so difficult is crazy. I would not recommend your bank and our community is already spreading the word about how y’all are handling this. I know several of your customers that will be changing banks!
