We are concerned for the financial welfare of a current 95-year-old resident who transferred from Glenwood to assisted living in The Pines three months ago. Her $93,000 deposit is being held hostage -- she is supposed to receive 95% of it when she transferred and the room is occupied. Why is she responsible for filling the vacancy? We find this curious. Sounds like someone is taking advantage of a fragile member of society to me. Sounds like the media might be interested.

United Church is not a caring company, they refused to do anything about a sexual harassment incident and I was forced to quit much to the dismay of all the residents. I developed wonderful relationships with residents and staff and that was all taken away because of their concern for the almighty dollar. Drop the Church from your name as you have no business using it. My personnel employment agency pulled me out of their and refuses to replace me due to UCH's handling of the incident.

again the air is off because they do not know what is wrong with it. I wouldn't mind so much because the weather is not that hot only 80 in my apt. now. the problem is when i go to sleep in my bedroom i can't open the window because window is off the track plus it is cracked, mgt has know since the time i moved in here which will be 2 yrs this nov. last winter one of the coldest days we had no heat, yeah a great place.
