Why go with anyone else??? – If you need any chimney work, these guys are the best! Called around to get prices, not only were they they cheapest, but they were also able to come the day I called! They were super clean and very quick. I even got on my roof to check out what they were doing (I am sure that is not the norm) and while I was up there Tony helped me fix an exhaust crown on my roof, which had nothing to do with the chimney. Not reliable – The cleaner never kept the appointments. The first time, they had a window of 9-11 and were supposed to call an hour before arriving. At 10:10 I hadn't heard anything and called the main office and was told "they were on their way" but no explanation of why I hadn't received a call or when they would arrive. I chose to reschedule. Today, they had a window of 8-9. I got a call at 7:45 saying the guy was leaving now. I asked if he had the direction I'd emailed and he said, no, he had Mapquest directions. At 8:55... read more
