Terrible service
I had closed my account with Delmarva power after selling my home. Not doing well financially. I went to go cash a refund check from Delmarva at United check cashing, which was issued to me due to an overpayment. The woman behind the counter made a big stink about it. She said that Delmarva charges an arm and a leg for their service and she knew “damn good and well they weren’t issuing refund checks”. After speaking to her boss, she was told to cash it.
