A saleman named Zia created the WORST customer service experience I have ever encountered. This store, UNITED CELLULAR, is a 3rd party contractor w/ Sprint. I have been a Sprint customer for 4 yrs. On 12/20/10, I visited this UNITED CELLULAR store, the closest to my house in Carrollton & same location I purchased my Palm Pre in Nov 09, to inquiry about getting my Pre fixed-battery was dying halfway thru day. When I asked him if this is Sprint's stance on fones just a year old 2 b considered older models, he told me I had a bad attitude & aggressively pointed to the door yelling @ me 2 get out of his store. This man should not b n the customer service biz. I cancelled my Sprint contract today, 1/2/11. Sprint, itself, apologized 4 the experience & waved my cancellation fee.
