Incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL and have the WORST customer service. Problems happen constantly and the company never takes responsibility for their mistakes. The Korean man answering the phone lacks basic professionalism and completely useless. UCL regularly fails to deliver all of my boxes. I have had to drive to their office multiple times just to pick up my own packages. A delivery service that makes the customer do the picking up is pointless.
