Slow service
Never going back. Awful customer service, All about the dollars. The doctor I saw who will remain unnamed was the worst Dr I've ever had the displeasure of seeing.
The receptionist’s attitude was very poor. After patiently waiting on hold for over 10 minutes, someone finally answered. I kept the conversation friendly and concise, but the receptionist spoke in a sharp tone and sounded extremely impatient, as if she couldn’t wait to get off the phone.
I would like to sincerely thank Queenie at United Cardiology Eastwood for her exceptional customer service over the phone. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care made such a positive difference.
